At Bladetech Hockey Canada, we stand behind our high-performance steel and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all skate blades are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Bladetech

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Canada.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
